Third Sunday after Pentecost
For those considering the priesthood or religious life, priests of the SSPX will preach two vocations retreats in the U.S. District this summer. For men, at Holy Angels Novitiate in Winona, MN, July 6-11 and for women at Our Lady of Sorrows Retreat House in Phoenix, AZ, July 20-25. Anyone desiring assistance in making the choice of a state of life is welcome and encouraged to attend.
Farewell to Fr. Wegner. Fr. Wegner, the U.S. District Superior of the SSPX for the last six years, is moving to a new assignment in August. He will be visiting Phoenix for the last time next weekend and we will have a farewell celebration for him on Sunday, June 28 at 5 PM, here at OLOS. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. This will be a potluck dinner, so we ask anyone who can bring a dish, dessert, or drinks to sign up in the vestibule.
Trail Life 2020 Registration is Open. Trail Life is a faithful scouting alternative for boys ages 5-18 and their fathers to build character, experience adventure, and become leaders. Registration is open for Fall of 2020. Annual Dues are $26 per member. Our first Troop Meeting is Thursday, August 20th. We are in need of volunteers at all levels - training is available (no outdoor experience necessary). Stop by the Trail Life table between all Masses today or email Wes Hardin at [email protected] for more information.
Trail Life Arizona Camporee. Boys of the parish, ages 5-18, and their fathers are invited to the second annual Arizona Camporee in Alpine, AZ from July 10-12. We will be joining several other troops from the area. You must first register with Trail Life before you are able to attend. $20/person. Stop by the Trail Life table between all Masses today or email Wes Hardin at [email protected] for more information.
Rosary Crusade: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. District of the Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX) has begun a Rosary Crusade for relief from this affliction and for all of the souls who have been affected by it. This Rosary Crusade will run from Sunday, April 26, 2020 until the Feast of the Assumption on August 15, 2020. Booklets with tally sheets are available in the vestibule.

Similar to individuals, C-Corps, S-Corps & LLCs that file as S-Corps can use a dollar-for-dollar tax credit to support families going to our very own parish school.
