Trinity Sunday

Altar Server Training on June 18th and July 16th has been cancelled.

The Feast of Corpus Christi, Thursday, June 16th we will have Vespers at 6:00 PM followed by Benediction at 6:30 PM.

Holy Hour for Mothers: Please join us on Friday, June 17th from 10:00-11:00 AM in the church as we spend an hour with Our Lord praying for parish vocations and the intentions of our families. All mothers are welcome! Babysitting will be provided in Boyle Hall.

Solemnity of Corpus Christi, Sunday June 19th we will celebrate with a procession to honor Our Lord. Mass at 8:00 AM, followed by a procession led by the First Holy Communicants and Eucharistic Crusaders, which will go off property for Benediction, then return to Church.  Let us honor Our Lord by attending this visible profession of our Faith in the Blessed Sacrament and of Our Lord’s reign over society. All parishioners are invited to bring flower petals to distribute during the procession.

The Bookstore will be open only after the 11:30 AM Mass on June 19th due to the Solemnity of Corpus Christi.

Father’s Day Mass Intentions:  Donation envelopes are available in the vestibule and may be turned in to the church office, bookstore, or placed in the collection basket.  All intentions will be remembered in the Masses on Father’s Day, June 19th.

Ladies Auxiliary Meeting: All women of the parish are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, June 21st at 7:00 PM in Boyle Hall. Fr. Pons will continue his talks on Womanhood, we will discuss upcoming parish events, then will end with a social hour. Please bring a snack, dessert, or drink to share.

Solemn Vows Announced: The Contemplative Dominican Nuns of the Monastery of St. Joseph in Avrille, France are happy to announce the perpetual profession of Sister Esperance (Laureen Tuckness from Our Lady of Sorrows) and Sister Marie de Nazareth (Anne Gieser from St. Michael’s Church, Mandan, ND). Mass and ceremony will take place on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Please keep them in your prayers on this joyous occasion.

The First Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Garrett Ladd Erlendson, formerly of Our Lady of Sorrows, Phoenix, AZ and Miss Veronica Mary Whyburd of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, who plan to be married on July 16, 2022. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.
