Second Collection schedule:  April 21st for the Consoling Sisters Foundation. Thank you for your continued generosity.

Ladies Auxiliary Meeting: All women of the parish are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, April 16th at 7:00 PM in Boyle Hall. Fr. Pons will give a talk, we will discuss upcoming parish events, then will end with a social hour. Please bring a snack, dessert, or drink to share.

Cavaliers Baseball: All parishioners are invited to the Academy’s home game this week: Thursday, April 18th at 5:30 PM.

Holy Hour for Mothers: Please join us on Friday, April 19th from 10:00 - 11:00 AM in the church as we spend one hour with Our Lord praying for parish vocations and the intentions of our families. All mothers are welcome! 

Ladies Garden Party: All women and girls of the parish are invited to a Garden Party, Saturday, April 20th from 9:30 – 11:30 AM on the lawn by the Pieta statue. Contact Jessica Hefflinger at 503-384-8516 for more information or to volunteer to help.

Mother/Son Event: All mothers and sons are invited to join Br. Benedict for a morning of Archery and Hiking, Saturday, April 27th beginning with the 8:30 AM Mass and ending with lunch (bring your own) at South Mountain Park. The Second Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Joey Crespo of Phoenix, AZ and Miss Molly Forsythe of Phoenix, AZ, who plan to be married on April 27, 2024. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.

The First Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Andrew Dvorak of Minneapolis, MN and Miss Natalie Riccomini, formerly of Phoenix, AZ, who plan to be married on May 4, 2024, in St. Marys, KS. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.

Mexico Pilgrimage: Make plans to join Fr. Pons on an 8-day pilgrimage to Our Lady of Guadalupe and the Cristero Saints from Mexico City to Guadalajara, Mexico, October 7-14, 2024. Father will celebrate Mass and give spiritual talks daily. Enjoy SSPX fellowship and local culture while touring and praying in historical churches or at apparition and Cristero sites, learn church history from our special guest Mr. Alexander Becker, and more! Enrollment for Our Lady of Sorrows Academy for 2024-2025 is now open. Priority re-enrollment (no fee) for returning families runs through April 20th. Current OLOSA families will find the enrollment paperwork on the Family Portal. New Families must apply, interview and test before enrolling. Easter Duty Reminder: All baptized Catholics of age are obliged to receive Holy Communion worthily at least once during Easter time, which runs from the First Sunday of Lent to Trinity Sunday.
