Twelfth Sunday after Pentecost
Catechism Registration: Catechism classes will begin on Sunday, September 6, 2026, for all children not enrolled in Our Lady of Sorrows Academy. Registration forms are available in the vestibule, which must be completed for all students (new and returning). Forms will be collected today after each Mass.
Ladies Auxiliary Meeting for August has been moved to Tuesday, August 25th.
Third Order of St. Francis, Fraternity of Mater Gratiae monthly meeting will take place Saturday, August 22nd at 8:30 AM in the Performing Arts Center. Any parishioners who would like to learn more about the Franciscan Third Order are welcome to attend the monthly meeting.
STEM Program Registration: Registration is now open for the Lux Labz Science Technology Engineering and Math (STEM) program at Our Lady of Sorrows. Contact Joe Zapp ([email protected]) with any questions and to register your child(ren).
The Third Banns of Marriage are announced for Daniel Simpson and Denise Venezia, both of Mission Santa Maria, who plan to be married here at Our Lady of Sorrows on September 26, 2026. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.
