Tenth Sunday after Pentecost
Ladies Auxiliary Meeting: All women of the parish are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, August 19th at 7:00 PM in Boyle Hall. Father will give a talk, we will discuss upcoming parish events, then will end with a social hour. Please bring a snack, dessert, or drink to share.
Third Order of St. Francis monthly meeting will take place Saturday, August 23rd at 8:30 AM in Boyle Hall. Any parishioners who would like to learn more about the Franciscan Third Order are welcome to attend the monthly meeting.
Catechism Registration: Catechism classes will begin on Sunday, September 7, 2025, for all children not enrolled in Our Lady of Sorrows Academy. Registration forms are available in the vestibule. All students (new and returning) must complete and turn in a registration. There will be information tables outside of church after the Masses on Sunday, August 24th and 31st.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7 :30 AM and 11:10 AM Tuesday, Thursday: 5:45 AM, 7:30 AM and 11:10 AM Saturday: 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM Sunday: 7:00 AM, 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM

The First Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Patrick Tomaszycki, formerly of OLOS, and Miss Chloe Bild of Holland, Michigan, who plan to be married at Saint Margaret Mary Church in MI on September 27, 2025. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.
Preparatory Novena for the Jubilee of the Holy Year: To prepare spiritually for the Jubilee of Rome, the SSPX is launching a novena to be recited from August 11th to 19th. All faithful are invited to join in this spiritual preparation. Copies of the novena are available in the vestibule.
Diamondbacks Baseball: Join your OLOS friends and family on Sunday, September 21st at 1:10 PM to see the Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Philadelphia Phillies.
