Holy Hour for Mothers: Please join us on Friday, January 17th from 10:00 - 11:00 AM in the church as we spend one hour with Our Lord praying for parish vocations and the intentions of our families. All mothers are welcome!
Archery Raffle & Tournament: The OLOS Archery Club will host its first outdoor tournament here on January 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. All are encouraged to come watch a real tournament competition. Please help support the Archery Program by buying a raffle ticket for the chance to win a complete archery set. The First Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Rodger Alan Sorrells of Paxico, KS and Miss Melissa Ann Ouverson of St. Marys, KS, formerly of Our Lady of Sorrows, who plan to be married on February 1, 2025 at The Immaculata. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.

Confirmations: Bishop Fellay will administer Confirmation here at Our Lady of Sorrows on Sunday, February 16, 2025. Any adult or child not enrolled in the Sunday Catechism class or Our Lady of Sorrows Academy needing to be confirmed should contact the church office and complete the Confirmation Registration form found in the vestibule as soon as possible.
Academy Winter Soirée: Parishioners are invited to Our Lady of Sorrows Academy’s Dinner, Dance and Auction on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the Garden Tuscana Reception Hall in Mesa. This fundraiser will help fund the Academy’s campus expansion. The event will include live music, dinner, drinks, silent & live auctions, raffle baskets and more! Volleyball Tournament: Our Lady of Sorrows is hosting its 4th Annual Volleyball Tournament on Saturday, March 8, 2025, with both men’s and women’s divisions. Players must be at least 14. Sunday Brunch for the Priory: Volunteers are needed to prepare Sunday Brunch for the Priory. Please show your appreciation to our Priests and Religious by cooking one meal for them!
