Eighth Sunday after Pentecost

Women’s Vocations Retreat starts tomorrow. Please keep silence on the retreat grounds this week. Please keep the retreatants in your prayers.

Family Movie Night: Troop AZ-1571 invites all families of the parish to a showing of Follow Me, Boys! on Saturday, July 24th at 6:30 PM in the PAC. This is a charming story of a travelling musician who settles into life in a small mid-western town while starting a Boy Scout Troop to win the favor of a local lady. Made in 1966, this movie stars Fred MacMurray and a young Kurt Russel. Light snacks will be provided; free-will donation only.

Join the Trail! The month of July is open registration for Trail Life Troop AZ-1571. Trail Life is a faithful scouting alternative for boys, ages 5-17, and their fathers (or father-figures) to grow through adventure, character, and leadership. We meet Thursday evenings from August to May, and hold monthly weekend excursions. Get more information or register by stopping by the Trail Life table in Boyle Hall after all Masses in July. There will also be an informational meeting on Sunday, July 25th at 10:00 AM in the Performing Arts Center for anyone interested in learning more about the troop and what it has to offer the parish as a whole.

Parish Meal Train: Expecting a baby or had an injury and need assistance with meals? Let the parish meal train help! Sign up to receive meals from our local families, or sign up to help others in need. Contact Rachel Evans for more information: [email protected].
