Parent’s Night Out Friday, August 9 (7pm-9pm) Featuring Valkyrie

No Benediction on Thursday, August 1, Confessions at 6:00pm, Rosary at 6:30pm followed by Compline.

All Day Adoration on Friday, August 2, begins after 7:30am Mass and ends with Rosary and Benediction at 5:45pm. Sign up sheet is in the vestibule “Can you not watch one hour with Me?” Please be sure all time slots have two people signed up to give correct veneration to Our Lord. Please note time for Rosary and Benediction, now 5:45pm.

Nunc Dimittis group Saturday, August 3 will say prayers for intentions after Mass and Seven Sorrows devotion. No meeting.

Coffee & Donuts - Beginning Sunday, August 4, coffee & donut money will be collected for each individual purchase. Children will not be allowed to take donuts unless they have the money to pay or are accompanied by a paying adult. In addition, we will be switching our coffee brand to Abbey Roast, in an effort to support Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery in Silver City, NM. Thank you for your cooperation and generosity.

Eucharistic Crusade meeting. There will be two meetings per month on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. Next meeting, Thursday, August 8 at 5:45pm in the Academy lunchroom. Crusaders will go to Benediction at 6:30pm as a chapter. After Benediction Crusaders will join their parents.

Father & Son Campfire - The next Father & Son Campfire will be on Saturday, August 17, 7-9pm on the volleyball court/playground. There will be a fire-building competition and pizza in Boyle Hall. There will also be a presentation about a new, alternative scouting program coming to Our Lady of Sorrows this Fall.
