Third Sunday after Pentecost
High Mass, 8:30 AM Wednesday, June 29th in honor of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, with Vespers at 6:00 PM.
All Day Adoration on Friday, July 1st begins after 8:30 AM Mass and ends with Rosary and Benediction at 5:45 PM. Sign-up sheet is in the vestibule. Please be sure all time slots are filled to give correct veneration to Our Lord. “Can you not watch one hour with Me?” First Friday Mass follows Benediction at 6:30 PM.
The Simeon and Anna Sodality (Nunc Dimittis, 50 +) will meet Saturday, July 2nd after the 8:30 AM Mass. Fr. Pons will lead the First Saturday Meditation in the church before we meet in the Retreat Chapel to pray the Seven Sorrows devotions and prayers for the book intentions. Meeting and refreshments will follow in Boyle Hall.
Second Collection schedule: A special collection for the SSPX District Education Department will be taken July 3rd. Thank you for your generosity.
The Third Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Garrett Ladd Erlendson, formerly of Our Lady of Sorrows, Phoenix, AZ and Miss Veronica Mary Whyburd of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, who plan to be married on July 16, 2022. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.
The Second Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Brandon Michael Jenkins and Miss Grace McQuillin, both of Our Lady of Sorrows, Phoenix, AZ, who plan to be married on July 9, 2022. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.
Church Directory: The church directories have arrived! All those parishioners who took part in the directory photo sessions receive a free directory. Please come to Boyle Hall today, Sunday, June 26th, after all the Masses to pick up your copy.
Parking Lot Paving: Please note that from Tuesday, June 28th through Friday, July 1st the church parking lot will be paved and striped. Access to the church property will be limited, as follows:
- Tuesday & Wednesday: only the East Gate will be open. The church will be accessible from the east parking area (rear of church), though all doors will be open. No access to Boyle Hall, the Academy/PAC, the church office, or the Priory.

Thursday & Friday: only the West Gate will be open. The church will be accessible from the front half of parking lot.
Please pay attention to cones/barriers and do not attempt to walk or drive on the pavement that is being worked on or blocked off. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this much-needed improvement.
Parish Email Distribution: The church will periodically send emails to all parishioners, with important information, changes, or updates to the Mass schedule. If you wish to receive these emails, you must be registered and have provided a valid email address. Registration cards can be found on the table in the vestibule or in the church office.
