Second Sunday of Lent
All Day Adoration on Saturday, March 7th begins after the 8:30 AM Mass and ends with Rosary and Benediction at 6:00 PM. Sign-up sheet is in the vestibule. We must have at least two people assigned for each hour.
Perpetual Adoration, Monday, March 9th begins after the 7:30 AM Mass and ends with Benediction at 6:00 PM. Sign-up sheet is in vestibule. Please ensure at least two people are scheduled each hour.
Holy Name Society meeting Wednesday, March 4th at 6:30 PM in the Performing Arts Center. Fr. McFarland will give a conference, with discussion and refreshments following. All men of the parish are encouraged to attend.
Cavaliers Baseball: All parishioners are invited to the Academy’s home game this week – Thursday, March 5th at 6:00 PM.
The Simeon and Anna Sodality (Nunc Dimittis, 50 +) will meet Saturday, March 7th after the 8:30 AM Mass in Boyle Hall.
Volunteer Opportunity: Volunteers are needed to assist with maintaining the altar flowers. Please call the office (602-268-7673 x1) for more information and to volunteer.
Pascua Pilgrimage Sponsorship Opportunity: The Academy senior boys will be outside the church after Mass on Sunday, March 8th to share information about the Pascua Pilgrimage and accept sponsorships. Thank you for your prayers and support!
Second Collection schedule: March 8th to benefit the Building Fund; March 15th for the Consoling Sisters Foundation.
Parish Picnic: All parishioners are invited to a parish picnic on Sunday, March 15th at 12:30 PM. The Holy Name Society will be grilling meat, and we will have a sign-up to bring sides, drinks and desserts. Come enjoy food, games and socializing with your parish family. We will end with Vespers at 5:30 PM.
Episcopal Consecrations Survey: The General House of the SSPX is preparing for the July 1st Consecrations in Econe and have asked for tentative numbers of the faithful who will attend. If you plan to attend the consecrations, please complete this short survey no later than March 9th: https://sspx.org/en/consecrations-survey. Note that this is not a reservation; official registration will be required at a later date.
Lenten Fish Frys will be every Friday from February 20th through March 27th, 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM in Boyle Hall. All proceeds go toward tuition costs for OLOS seminarians.
