Academy Play: All parishioners are invited to the Academy’s performance of An Ideal Husband. Shows will be Friday, May 12th at 7:00 PM and Saturday, May 13th at 6:00 PM in the Performing Arts Center. Admission is free.
Mother’s Day Mass Intentions: Donation envelopes are available in the vestibule and may be turned in to the church office, bookstore, or placed in the collection basket. All intentions will be remembered in the Masses on Mother’s Day, May 14th.
Second Collection schedule: May 14th to benefit the Building Fund. May 21st for the Consoling Sisters Foundation. Thank you for your generosity.
Adult Confirmation Class: All adults being confirmed and not in the convert class should attend a preparation class with Fr. Pons on Sunday, May 14th at 10:15 AM in Boyle Hall.
Confirmation Rehearsal will take place on Thursday, May 18th at 5:15 PM in the church. All Confirmands and their sponsors are required to attend.
Confirmation Ceremony: Bishop Tissier de Mallerais will administer Confirmation here at Our Lady of Sorrows on Friday, May 19th at 4:30 PM. All Confirmands and their sponsors must be at the church no later than 4:00 PM. We will have a reception in Boyle Hall immediately following the ceremony. All are invited.
Easter Duty Reminder: All baptized Catholics of age are obliged to receive Holy Communion worthily at least once during Easter time, which runs from the First Sunday of Lent to Trinity Sunday.
Mass Schedule Change: On Sunday, May 28th we will have only two Masses (at 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM) due to First Holy Communion.
