Ladies Auxiliary Meeting: All women of the parish are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, November 15th at 7:00 PM in Boyle Hall. Fr. Pons will give a talk, we will discuss upcoming parish events, then will end with a social hour. Please bring a snack, dessert, or drink to share.
Holy Hour for Mothers: Please join us on Friday, November 18th from 10:00 -11:00 AM in the church as we spend an hour with Our Lord praying for parish vocations and the intentions of our families. All mothers are welcome!
Our Lady of Sorrows Academy will hold its 13th Annual Jog-A-Thon on Wednesday, November 23rd. Please consider sponsoring one of our Priests or Brothers with a per-lap pledge or a one-time donation. Bookstore: The 2023 Angelus Press Liturgical Calendars are available and on sale for only $10.95 (regularly $12.95) during the month of November.
Movie Night: The Nunc Dimittis invites all parishioners to a parish movie night on November 26th at 5:00 PM in the Performing Arts Center, featuring “The Star of Bethlehem.” Snacks and beverages will be provided. Donations will benefit seminarians of the parish.
Advent Recollection: All parishioners are invited to a morning Recollection on Saturday, December 3rd. There will be breakfast, conferences, confessions, consultations, and rosary.
Christmas Boutique: The Ladies Auxiliary and Young Adult Group will hold a Christmas boutique on November 27th and December 4th. Proceeds benefit parishioners/families in need. We are asking for donations of Christmas crafts and gifts to sell. All donations can be turned in to the church office. For questions/details please contact Molly Forsythe (405-952-4001).
Christmas Bake Sale: The Ladies Auxiliary is requesting donations of baked goods to be sold at the Christmas Boutique. Please bring your items packaged and priced on either Sunday, November 27th or December 4th. Thank you!
Christmas Giving Tree will be on display during the Christmas Boutique. The ornaments on this tree will list specific items needed by one of our parishioners, particularly at Christmas. If you or someone you know could benefit from the Christmas Giving Tree, contact Fr. Pons or Monique at the church office (602-268-7673 x1). Requests will remain confidential.
