Twenty-sixth Sunday after Pentecost
Please pray for the repose of the soul of Erica Simpson (parishioner at Mission Santa Maria), who died on November 12th.
Ladies Auxiliary Meeting: All women of the parish are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, November 19th at 7:00 PM in Boyle Hall. Fr. Pons will give a talk, we will discuss upcoming parish events, then will end with a social hour. Please bring a snack, dessert, or drink to share.
Third Order of St. Francis monthly meeting will take place Saturday, November 23rd in Boyle Hall. The meeting for all members will begin immediately following the 7:30 AM Mass, followed by instructions for new members. Sunday Brunch for the Priory: Volunteers are needed to prepare Sunday Brunch for the Priory. Please show your appreciation to our Priests and Religious by cooking one meal for them! Christmas Boutique: The Ladies Auxiliary will hold a Christmas boutique on December 1st and 8th. Proceeds benefit parishioners/families in need. We are asking for donations of Christmas crafts and gifts to sell. Donations can be turned in to the church office. Please contact Jessica Hefflinger (503-384-8516) to help.
The Christmas Giving Tree will be on display during the Christmas Boutique this year on December 1st and 8th. The ornaments on this tree will list specific items needed by one of our parishioners, particularly at Christmas. If you or someone you know could benefit from the Christmas Giving Tree, please contact Fr. Pons or Monique at the church office (602-268-7673 x1). Requests will remain confidential.
Advent Recollection: All parishioners are invited to a morning Recollection on Saturday, December 7th. After the 8:30 AM Mass, there will be breakfast, followed by conferences, confessions, consultations, and ending with Sext at 12:15 PM.
