Men’s Ignatian Retreat starts tomorrow. Please keep silence on the retreat grounds this week. Please keep the retreatants in your prayers.

Holy Name Society meeting Wednesday, November 9th at 6:00 PM in the Performing Arts Center. Fr. McFarland will give a conference, with discussion and refreshments following.  All men interested in learning more about the Holy Name Society are encouraged to attend.

The Third Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Andrew Lampke of Mesa, AZ and Miss Emily Brennan of Mesa, AZ, who plan to be married on November 11, 2022. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.

OLOS Bags (Cornhole) Tournament: Please join the men of Our Lady of Sorrows, ages 12 and up, for a Bags (Cornhole) Tournament sponsored by the Holy Name Society, on Saturday, November 12th. This is an all-day men's event including Mass, food, conference, a cornhole tournament, and much more. Second Collection schedule: November 13th to benefit the Building Fund. November 20th to benefit the Academy. Thank you for your generosity.

Our Lady of Sorrows Academy will hold its 13th Annual Jog-A-Thon on Wednesday, November 23rd. Please consider sponsoring one of our Priests or Brothers with a per-lap pledge or a one-time donation. Bookstore: The 2023 Angelus Press Calendars have been ordered and are expected to be in stock next Sunday, November 13th. Purchase your calendar from the bookstore during the month of November for only $10.95 (regularly $12.95).

Christmas Boutique: The Ladies Auxiliary and Young Adult Group will hold a Christmas boutique on November 27th and December 4th. Proceeds benefit parishioners/families in need. We are asking for donations of Christmas crafts and gifts to sell. All donations can be turned in to the church office. For questions/details please contact Molly Forsythe (405-952-4001).

Christmas Giving Tree will be on display during the Christmas Boutique. The ornaments on this tree will list specific items needed by one of our parishioners, particularly at Christmas. If you or someone you know could benefit from the Christmas Giving Tree, contact Fr. Pons or Monique at the church office (602-268-7673 x1). Requests will remain confidential.

Sunday Brunch for the Priory: Volunteers are needed to prepare Sunday Brunch for the Priory. Dates available through the end of December.
