Presentation on the SSPX Mexican District: After the 8:30 Mass on Sunday November 14, Fr. Hector Guiscafre will give a presentation on the work of the SSPX in Mexico. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. The presentation will take the place of Fr. McFarland's doctrine class.
Militia Immaculatae Conference: Fr. Karl Stehlin will give a conference on the Militia Immaculatae, Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 6:30 PM. All are invited to attend.
Our Lady of Sorrows Academy’s 12th Annual Jog-A-Thon will be held on Wednesday, November 24th. Please consider sponsoring one of our Priests or Brothers with a per-lap pledge or a one-time donation. Christmas Boutique: The Ladies Auxiliary will hold a Christmas boutique on November 28th and December 5th. Proceeds benefit parishioners/families in need. We are asking for donations of Christmas crafts and gifts to sell. All donations can be turned in to the church office. Please contact Jamie McQuillin (480-330-3057) to help.
Christmas Giving Tree will be on display during the Christmas Boutique. The ornaments on this tree will list specific items needed by our parishioners, particularly at Christmas. If you or someone you know could benefit from the Christmas Giving Tree, contact Fr. Pons or Monique at the church office (602-268-7673 x1). Requests will remain confidential.
Holy Hour for Mothers: All mothers and grandmothers of the parish are invited to assist at a Holy Hour which will be offered especially for the good of the children of our parish. Our main intentions will be for many holy religious vocations, for the future spouses of our children, and for their purity. The Holy Hour will take place on the third Friday of each month from 10:00-11:00 AM, beginning this month on November 19th.
