Ladies Auxiliary Meeting: All women of the parish are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, October 15th at 7:00 PM in Boyle Hall. Fr. Pons will give a talk, we will discuss upcoming parish events, then will end with a social hour. Please bring a snack, dessert, or drink to share.
Holy Hour for Mothers: Please join us on Friday, October 18th from 10:00 - 11:00 AM in the church as we spend one hour with Our Lord praying for parish vocations and the intentions of our families. All mothers are welcome!
Second Collection schedule: October 20th for the Consoling Sisters Foundation. Thank you for your generosity.
Election Novena: Please join the SSPX U.S. District in praying a special novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for the upcoming elections and the good of the United States, from October 7th – November 5th. Copies of the novena can be found in the church vestibule.
Mass Schedule Change: On Sunday, October 27th we will have only two Masses (at 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM) in honor of the Feast of Christ the King. An outdoor procession will begin at 9:30 AM.
The Third Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Mitchell Brzozowy and Miss Sarah Wantland, both of Chandler, AZ, who plan to be married on October 14, 2024, at Our Lady of Sorrows. Any persons knowing of any impediment to this union are obliged in conscience to notify the pastor as soon as possible.
The Second Banns of Marriage are announced for Mr. Juan Gandara and Mrs. Magaly Mendoza Delgado, both of Phoenix, AZ, who plan to be married on October 26, 2024, at Our Lady of Sorrows. All Souls Envelopes are in the vestibule to submit names of the faithful departed to be remembered at daily Mass throughout November. Please include an offering. Envelopes can be placed in the collection basket or turned in to the parish office by October 31, 2024.
All Saints Celebration: Please join us for the Annual All Saints Party on Sunday, November 3rd from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Children are invited to dress as their favorite Saint, we will have Saint themed carnival games, food, and fun!
