Mothers of Lu (prayer group for fostering parish vocations): All mothers are invited to meet at the communion rail after each Mass today. Prayer cards will be provided. Please offer your communion and rosary for vocations from our parish.

Scouting Alternative for Boys. Trail Life USA, a church-based alternative to the Boy Scouts, is coming to Our Lady of Sorrows. Boys K-12 and their dads are invited to join the troop, which will meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 6:30 - 8:15pm, September through May. Parents and boys are invited to attend a brief informational meeting in the PAC on Thursday, September 5 at 7:15pm.
All Day Adoration on Friday, September 6, begins after 7:30am Mass and ends with Rosary and Benediction at 5:45pm. Sign up sheet is in the vestibule “Can you not watch one hour with Me?” Please be sure all time slots have two people signed up to give correct veneration to Our Lord. Please note time for Rosary and Benediction, now 5:45pm.
Nunc Dimittis group Saturday, September 7 will say prayers for intentions after Mass and Seven Sorrows devotion. Meeting in Boyle Hall after prayers.
Mothers and Daughters, age 4 and up, come and join for a merry evening on Saturday, September 7, 6:30-8:30pm in Boyle Hall. Simple folk dance to learn with ice cream following.
Parish Census data collection on Sunday, September 8. One member from each family is asked to stop by a table and answer a few questions.
Hit the Trail. Trail Life Troop AZ-1571 will have our first troop hike on Saturday, September 21. We will hit the trail following the 8am Mass. More details to come.
